These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of TACHY SCHOOL ERP, the tachy.in website, mobile apps and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TACHY EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

The Services are intended for educational institutions and their authorised users. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed per student per year or as agreed in your order. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in the UAE). Access may be suspended for non-payment after due notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the platform in violation of applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. The institution is the data controller of student/staff data; TACHY acts as a data processor.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design and content of the Services are owned by TACHY EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TACHY’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (including the UAE).
