Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for TACHY SCHOOL ERP subscriptions and any online payments made through our platform.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the agreed term. You may cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current term, except as below.

2. Refund Eligibility

• If the Services are not delivered or set up due to a fault solely attributable to TACHY, a pro-rata refund for the unused period may be issued.
• Set-up, data-migration and training fees are non-refundable once that work has begun.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge to info@tachy.in.

3. Fee Payments Collected for Institutions

Where TACHY only facilitates fee collection between a parent/student and an institution, refunds of such fees are governed by the institution’s own policy. TACHY will support reconciliation but is not the merchant of those fees.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to payment-gateway and banking timelines.
