TACHY EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to protecting personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the IT Act 2000, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) for our UAE customers.

1. Roles

The educational institution is the data fiduciary / controller of its students’ and staff’s personal data. TACHY acts as a data processor, processing data only on the institution’s documented instructions.

2. What We Process

Student and staff identity, contact, academic, attendance, fee and communication data necessary to deliver the Services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Children’s Data

As school data involves minors, processing is restricted to legitimate educational administration, with access controlled by the institution. Parental/guardian consent is managed by the institution.

4. Security

• Role-based access control and school-wise data isolation.
• Encrypted transport (HTTPS), secured credentials and audit logs.
• Access on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis.

5. Data Principal / Subject Rights

6. Cross-Border & Retention

Data is hosted on secured infrastructure and retained only as long as the institution’s subscription and applicable law require, after which it is deleted or returned on request.
